Lead Times and Inventory Status
In-Stock - All items are in stock and ready to ship unless labeled as "Built to Order". Please allow 5-7 business days for all in stock orders to be shipped. Orders are shipped in the order they are received.
Out of Stock - Item is not in stock and not available for purchase at this time. Typically, out of stock items come back in 1-2 weeks. Built to order items can be placed as out of stock if the build queue becomes backed up.
Built to Order - Item is placed in the build queue when the order is received. Orders will be placed in the queue in the same order as they are received. Built to Order currently has a 15 week lead time from the day you order.
Slider Steps - Slider Steps are Built to Order, as of 12/01/24. However, they have a lead time of 4-5 weeks from the day your order placed.
