Inventory Status and Definitions
In-Stock - Item is in stock and ready for shipping. Please allow 5-7 business days for the order to be shipped. Orders are shipped in the order they are received.
Pre-Order - Pre-order items are new products. Items become available as "Pre-Order" when a batch is in the queue to be manufactured, allowing customers to order and reserve the product before it is ready to ship. Please allow 4-6 weeks, from when your order is placed, for the "Pre-Order" item to ship.
Back-Order - Items will be marked as "Back-Order" when the item is out of stock, but is "in process" of being manufactured. Allowing customers to reserve an item before it is ready to ship. Please allow 2-3 weeks, from when your order is placed, for the "Back-Ordered" item to ship.
Out of Stock - Item is not in stock and not available for purchase. Please sign up on the product page to be notified when "Out of Stock" items are available for ordering.
Built to Order - Item begins the manufacturing process when order is received. Typically components are stocked, but the item isn't sent to welding/assembly until an order is received. Please allow 4-6 weeks for "Built to Order" items to be shipped.
DECEMBER 2023: With increased sales volume from Black Friday Sales, expect delays in lead times. We do our best to maintain lead times, but we are a small business of only 3 people. We truly appreciate your patience! :)
April 2024: We are getting caught up! We are working hard to keep most items in stock. As we work through Bumper Pre-Orders, we will soon focus on getting larger items, like bumpers, in stock and on the shelf. Thank you for your continued support and patience with us!
