I’m giving it a 1 star because they removed the bolt hole tubes to prevent the crossmember from collapsing when torquing down allegedly they did that because it’s too hard to powder coat. I followed instructions and tried to torque it to 75ft-lbs. I was only able to torque it to 65 FT-lbs it bent the **** out of the crossmember, and my trucks frame where it bolts onto. I removed it because I didn’t feel safe if I couldn’t torque it to recommended specs. I had a hammer in my factory crossmember because it was bent.
Well made and strong. Straightforward install.
The workmanship on this diff drop is great. The packaging was very secure, and there was no movement in the box or risk of damage during shipping. The install was simple and went a lot faster than I thought it would.
